Board Of Trustees:  These members hold the titles to the church, mainly because of state laws.  They execute legal papers for the church when a purchase or sale has been ordered by the President in accordance with the by-laws of the church.  They are custodians of papers, titles of the church.  They make short and long range plans for the church.  These plans are presented to the president for implementation.  They insure that funds are available for any plan or project they submit to the president after such plans have been approved.
